A part-time professional photographer, I started up Kingdom
Images during 2005. We provide photographic and media services
that include wedding, portrait, commercial photography and web
design.
 In the background and recent past, Douglas Allan a work
colleague and motorsport enthusiast like myself regularly nipped
my ears regards visiting circuits with my camera, mainly I think
to capture him in the glory of his latest racing machine!
But truthfully, always having a hankering to pursue further into
the sport photography arena ..... motorsport? ....... perhaps?
..... yet another challenge in waiting!
Anyway, here I
am. A newbie in this fascinating and dynamic field of
photography where no event is the same, each with its
spontaneity, spills of victorious moments, near misses and
disasters.
Everything aside, this is really a relaxing pastime which takes
me away from the day-to-day drudgery for a few hours, where I
see magnificent 'flying machines' through a wee square
viewfinder, surrounded by a cacophony of squealing rubber, hissing forced induction
and the pungent aroma from stressed tyres, clutches and brake
pads. Maybe I'm sad but is all this not akin to
...... heaven?!!
I'm not out to make lots of money or compete with
the many other excellent photographers in this field. But if you
do happen to like any of my photos, the odd image or print sale
will be appreciated, helping me to cover some of my running
costs.
Look forward to sharing and hopefully capturing those magic
moments ....
